Shipping policy
All ÉKO '77 orders are freshly prepared to order, so please read this policy before you check out.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. We're not able to ship outside the UK — please don't place an order for delivery abroad, as perishable food cannot travel safely over longer distances.
Minimum order
The minimum order value is £50.
Delivery cost
Delivery is priced by the weight of your order, so you only pay for what you actually ship:
- Up to 5kg — £14
- 5–10kg — £18
- 10–16kg — £25
- 16–22kg — £32
- 22–28kg — £40
- Over 28kg — £62 (sent as two parcels)
The cost is worked out automatically at checkout from what is in your basket — there is nothing for you to choose. Orders over £300 still qualify for free delivery.
How long it takes
Please allow 4 working days from your order date. This is the time we need to source ingredients, cook, and freeze your order properly before it's handed to our courier partner on the 4th day.
At checkout, you'll be asked to choose a delivery date — the earliest available date will always be at least 4 working days out, so there's no way to accidentally pick a date we can't meet.
Being in when your order arrives
Because your order is chilled or frozen food, someone needs to be available to receive it on the delivery day. If nobody is available and the parcel can't be left safely, our courier partner will follow their standard process for a missed delivery, which may include a redelivery attempt or return to depot — this can affect the condition of the food on arrival, so please make sure someone will be in.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel doesn't arrive, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at enquiry@eko77.co.uk with your order number. See our Refund policy for what happens next.
