Terms of service

These terms apply whenever you place an order with ÉKO '77 through this website. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Placing an order

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
The minimum order value is £50.
Orders are freshly prepared, chilled and dispatched within 4 working days of your order being confirmed.
At checkout, you'll choose a delivery date at least 4 working days from your order date, so we have time to prepare, chill and send your food.

Changing or cancelling an order
Because everything is made fresh to order, we can only change or cancel an order before preparation has started. If you need to make a change, please contact us at enquiry@eko77.co.uk as soon as possible after ordering and we'll do what we can to help.

Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full when you place your order.

Our liability
We take care to prepare and pack every order safely, but we cannot be held responsible for delays or issues caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as courier delays or severe weather. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
